Time and Materials

Under this model, our association with our clients is based on the actual time utilized by the Gausa personnel and other resources procured or used by Gausa for specific contracted assignments. The delivery models under this engagement model could include Onsite Delivery Model, Offsite Delivery Model or a combination of these two models tailored to suit specific demands by clients. We also adopt this model in tandem with other association models at appropriate stages to achieve comfortable grounds.

Fixed Cost

This model is adopted where the assignment specifications are well documented and is measurable in terms of efforts and costs. Under this model an initial effort and cost estimation is done to arrive at a fixed time and cost of execution of specific assignments. In most Fixed Time and Cost associations, the measurability is achieved through the "Time and Materials" model.

SLAs or Retention

Under this model, Gausa acts as the wholesome IT service providers of Corporations or Business Houses and offer comprehensive services and support in Information Technology as per the terms of Service Level Agreements or Retention Agreements for specified periods. This model is applied in cases where the service to be provided by Gausa are onsite and is of very long durations, such as maintenance of legacy applications and, re-engineering of existing legacy systems. Such association is measured in terms of resources made available by Gausa and the duration for which such resources are made available.

Staff Augmentation

Business Houses and Corporations with internal IT Departments and IT solutions providers themselves are often faced with resource and cost challenges. Gausa can augment such shortfalls with qualified onshore or offshore resources, which will help you free up internal resources, lower operating costs, and raise operating efficiency.
