Project Based
Applicable when the services of Gausa India are intended to be utilized for one-time development of an application on pre-determined timeline. In this arrangement an offshore project is considered completed after the application has been accepted and implemented by the outsourcing body. Under this arrangement, Gausa India makes available all the resources required for successful completion of the outsourced project from within its existing resource pool. Typical offshore projects take between two months to two years for completion and would involve around twelve man-months to 25 man-years depending on the magnitude of the project.
Exclusive Development Facility
In this case we would set up operate and manage an exclusive development facility in India which would work as a physical extension of your own organization or the IT Division of your organization. This team would consist of professional highly skilled in the technologies relevant to the nature of projects proposed to be outsourced to us. We would also ensure that hardware and software infrastructure are replicated as per your requirement and effectively manage these resources for a committed period time and value. Such models would offer the minimum possible turn-around and execution time. This model would offer our outsourcing partners an exclusive team of Software Engineers and professionals who would solely address projects outsourced by each partners. The dedicated development facility operated and managed by Gausa India would work as an arm of the outsourcing partner in India for all practical purposes including exposure of their Information Technology services and products in India if the scope is intended. The constitution strength modalities and other matrix are worked out depending on the nature projects technologies involved and the committed duration of such arrangement.
Sub-contracting Partner
Gausa India has the resource force and infrastructure to execute and deliver quality projects at competitive costs. We take up and execute projects or modules for other Software Service Companies, where client interaction and study of business system are managed by our partners, unless specifically requested by either our partner or the Client himself.

Gausa India has tie-ups with well established IT professionals and business associates who provide us customer leads and projects on pre-determined success fee. The success fee is determined on the basis of the size and value of business won. Gausa India respects the efforts of our business associates and keep them in the loop for repeat business from customers referred to us. Depending on the availability of resources, Gausa India transforms such concepts, technologies and solutions into its own proprietary products or components. Gausa India seeks marketing partners for marketing of such break-through products and technologies on profit sharing basis or stock options to enable us to concentrate on our core business objective.
