How long are we in business?

Gausa India was founded in the year 2000. We have our Development Facility located at B-63 Soami Nagar, New Delhi, India.

How do we accept payment?

We accept payments through wire transfer to our banker's account. Bank Account details and wire transfer particulars are intimated at the time of invoicing.

What are our rates?

We charge US$ 12 to US$ 45 per hour depending upon skills required, time-line, project nature and the personnel involved. We do give an estimate of the hours based on the broad scope of projects as presented to us by the client. We are able to offer such competitive rates because of the availability of skilled IT professionals at lower rates in India.

How do we ensure quality?

We have processes in place to ensure that quality is maintained at every stage in the design, development, testing and deployment of a project. single time. We are an ISO Certified company and necessarily stick to our policy of quality.

How do we assure confidentiality?

We sign NDAs and Confidentiality agreements with our clients and commit to keep their business process confidential. We also expect the same from our clients in respect of the technologies designed and developed. Where our Clients so require, confidentiality agreements are signed by software engineers and professionals executing a particular project.

How do we keep you updated of the progress of projects?

Regular Project Status Reports will be sent to you electronically. In addition, web meetings and teleconferences and exchange of communication are initiated to ensure delivery of reliable solutions to clients to their entire satisfaction. Depending on the arrangement, we also make available the source code at designated FTP locations or servers at pre-determined stages to enable our clients to review, evaluate, suggest modifications or simply keep track of the various development stages. These would be taken care of by the Client Relationship Managers who are designated for each projects.
